  • Beautiful hiking trails through the carolinian forest with excellent escarpment views. Seasonal hawk-watch area.

  • A great place for a family hike. Different paths with varying degrees of difficulty including a connection to the 40 Creek side trail that leads all the way to the lake. Some spectacular views of the Town of Grimsby from the top of the Niagara Escarpment. Highlights include a bird observation tower that is especially popular during spring raptor migration along the escarpment. There are also educational panels related to the Carolinian forest and locals birds, trees, and salamanders. The look-outs are particularly beautiful in the fall when you can see the spectrum of autumn colours looking across the 40 Mile Creek ravine. There are toilets on site as well.
