Not really a beach, just a park with small opening to the river

This is a beautiful area for walking in the water and is always cleaned up by students

The park along the beach offers a nice area for families to relax under the shade of some tall, older trees. Jungle gyms are provided for the kids, and beach volleyball nets for everyone. The beach is narrow and very rocky and is the only negative aspect of this destination.
