  The whole place was a bad experience and all I wanted was a cup of black coffee. Even the customers in line with me were rude. Three of them cut in front of me and the dumb kid at the counter saw it and didn't said anything. When I did the people simply said I should learn the rules of the coffee shop. Further, when I did get my coffee, the guy serving me couldn't figure out how to make change from a five dollar bill. It's not that hard when a cup of coffee is almost that anyway. Oh, the offee sucked too.

  This place, although easily my favourite environment and coffee/lunch/wine spot, could use more staff. I LOVE everything about the products they serve and the friendly, relaxed atmosphere, but I've never been able to go in for a "quick" cup of coffee or tea. Often takes a while to serve. If you're looking to go and hang out for a while, this is the perfect spot. If you're looking for a quick in and out coffee run, may not be my first recommendation.

  Really great atmosphere and a cute spot to sit for awhile! But we got there early on Mothers' Day and they were already out of many things so we had to change our order! Will definitely go back but they should be better prepared for a busy day!

  Cool atmosphere, good food, coffee and teas, friendly staff. A bit pricey but worth it over a Tim Hortons or McDonald's
